The purpose of this community is to foster idea-sharing and relationship-building between fellow business professionals who are looking to share ideas, learn new things, admit failures and support one another.
It’s with that goal in mind that we present the following rules:
Be Kind. As a professional, you know that building a business is hard enough without in-fighting and negativity. For that reason, rude, offensive, or overtly-divisive comments will be deleted, and repeat offenders will be removed.
Be Classy. While we encourage our members to “shop local” and invest in one another’s products and services when appropriate, this is NOT the place for shameless pitching and spam. Give value first, and the people who need what you offer will find you.
Keep It Relevant. This is a community with dedicated discussion channels. So stick to the topics mentioned in the channels. If you want to discuss other topics, there are plenty of other groups and communities where you can do that.
What Happens Here…Stays Here. This is a private community so please don’t share your learnings outside of this group (aside from your own, internal team, of course), and never, never, NEVER share confidential information about your fellow members with anyone.
If we notice someone engaging in behaviour outside this code of conduct, we reserve the right to remove them from the community.
